In this blog, I would like to tell you about PowerPoint tool, which I used for planning how to create Health and Safety quiz. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of using PowerPoint for my Health and Safety Presentation.

Advantages of using PowerPoint

PowerPoint is very easy to use.



Let me show you my first example. I created Health and Safety screenshot of my presentation. I planned it by sketching and drawing and writing text.

Storyboard



Apart from PowerPoint, I was using traditional handwritten form and piece of paper where I sketched and wrote text, storyboardthat.com, wordpress, Moodle and Connie Malamed Story Depot resources.

In terms of limitations, I made captions, large images, bold text and animations so that every learner regardless of age, background, disability or gender can access and view easily content.




I created Health and Safety Storyboard using PowerPoint.  I planned how to do create Health and Safety quiz. This presentation was designed for learners in Barnsley College. Upon completion students receive a certificate with their pass mark. Quiz is made up of multiple choice questions and users need to select correct answer. Main goal of Health and Safety quiz  is to raise awareness of hazards at workplace and importance of safety. I would like to elaborate more on intended audience, purpose of the product, key features, constraints, advantages, weaknesses, narrative structure and evaluate on range of planning tools I used
